Varchas Vanilla

1.5 oz Varchas Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1/2 oz Vanilla liqueur

1/2 oz tamarind syrup

1 oz club soda

3 Maraschino cherries, speared

Add all ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with three brandied cherries on a pick.
