MADE IN BATCHES

6 OZ VARCHAS reserve 102 STRAIGHT BOURBON WHISKEY

24 oz chilled black tea

2 oz fresh lemon juice

4 oz simple syrup (1:1) 

Steep 24oz water with 4 black tea bags and let chill.  Mix in 6oz Varchas Reserve 102 Single Barrel Bourbon whiskey. add 2oz Fresh Lemon Juice, and 4oz Simple Syrup (1:1). Stir in fresh mint sprigs

Served in ice packed Collins glass, garnished with mint sprig and lemon wheel
