The “Vojito”

1 .5 oz Varchas Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1 oz Fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons Sugar

6 leaves of Mint

Soda Water

Mint sprigs muddled with sugar and lime juice. Bourbon added and topped with soda water. Garnished with sprig of mint leaves. Served with a straw.  A Varchas style Mojito!
