Varchas Bourbon Smash

2 oz Varchas Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1/4 lemon, sliced into 2 wedges

4 large mint leaves

1 oz (2 tablespoons) simple syrup

3 oz Soda water

Place the lemon wedges & mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Muddle to extract flavor.  Add the bourbon & syrup and fill the shaker with ice. Add soda water and Shake until cold and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.  Garnish with mint and/or lemon slice.
