SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
“Varchas Whiskey Holiday Giveaway” Sweepstakes starts on December 8, 2023, at 12:00 pm EST and ends on December 11, 2023, at 11:59 pm EST.

HOW
TO ENTER: Must follow Varchas Whiskey’s Instagram or Facebook, like the post, comment why you’re missing your holiday celebration and share it on your story for extra entries. All entries must be received on or before December 11, 2023, at 11:59 pm EST.

DRAWING:
Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing among all timely received eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or about December 12, 2023, and a winner will be notified by direct message and/or email from Varchas Whiskey on or about December 12, 2023. The winner must reply within 48 hours. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY:
Employees of Varchas Whiskey, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are
not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.

PRIZES:
There will be one prize awarded to one winner. The prize consists of a personalized cardboard cutout of the winner. The cardboard cutout may not be an exact replica of the image in Varchas Whiskey’s Instagram post ARV: $175. Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit two prizes per winner. The winner will be notified by an automatic reply following entry submission. Winner must be at least 21 years of age. Unclaimed prize may not be awarded.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner(s)
will be required to provide a mailing address, a full-size photo of themselves and their height to receive prize or prize information. Potential winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. By
accepting his, her or their prize, the winner: (a) releases Varchas Whiskey and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Varchas Whiskey for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted following receipt of prize, of his, her or their name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and verification may be required.

NOTICE:
Potential winner will have 48 hours from the date of notice to accept the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within the designated number of days, he/she/they may forfeit the prize.

CAUTION:
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law. The sponsor and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. The sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. The sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
